Importance of Concrete and Counterweights in Fencing

Most people believe that as long as you have some concrete in your fence post holes, that would be all you need to keep your fence up. 

It's a well known trick of the trade to hide profit in concrete you were promised, but didn't receive.  That's right! the majority of the fences we tear out are not properly concreted underground. It is a common method used to fool you into accepting a cheaper price.  

 

Without the correct amount of concrete per post hole, your fence will eventually fall down. This is due to the wind load and other elemental factors.)
